Crewe Tyre & Exhausts was established in 1966 as a sub division of the Harris Motor Company, Stoke-on-Trent. Since 1985 Crewe Tyres has been owned and operated by Eric Harrison and has continued as a family business for the past 21 years. Prior to ownership of Crewe Tyre, Eric worked for Michelin for 10 years.
Crewe Tyre has been operating independantly for 40 years, that is we are not owned by a major tyre company or operate as a branch of another company.
We have succeeded by providing competitive prices, and a personal high quality service using the latest equipment.
As cars and their components get more complex and technically demanding, we regularly invest in the latest fitting machines. 2006 saw the installation of the latest Corgi automated fitting machine which allows easier fitting of large low-profile tyres to alloy wheels.
